There are many redwood trees (a kind of American cedar) grown in California, United States of America. The height of trees well exceeds twenty meters and trunks grow bigger than more than ten people stretching their arms around. Redwood trees have extraordinary vitality. Although they lose all leaves and branches by fire, their roots can survive and they become “mother trees”, which produce their descendants like children or grandchildren outside of those burnt trees. The figure of those roots, spread widely and draw layers of rings on the ground, seems like a big family of tree. Many families of American cedar survived in the way for several hundred years have grown in the campus of a university where Chihiro Tanaka studied. Trees are mysterious living things. Specially those which have survived for many centuries. Our life might be just like a light passing through in the blink of an eye compared with the time of their birth to the present.

We should have missions once we are born in this world although our scale is very small. The main activity is to develop seminars mainly in Japan and European countries in English, Italian and Japanese. She has been active in the international front line to train diversely clients of mixed nationalities for 20 years. Always meeting the exigent demands with “results”, which simple theories are not worked. The precise analysis based on her work experiences, the consultation and the training are highly praised by numerous clients in the world. She recognizes and brings out each one’s uniqueness, beauty and potentials and leads people/companies up to the next level by raising their engagement level. The seminars based on human science and fused with different three cultures, such as “Stress Zero Technique”, “Harassment Measures” , “Carrier Design”, “Global Human Resource Development”, “Diversity and management”, etc., have received high evaluations in each county and requests are unceasing.
